Mr Andre Bezuidenhout was the original founder of the first Law Office of the group. It was on 1 August 1952 he established Bezuidenhout and Partners.
During the years that followed name changes to the firm occurred.
One change was with the firm Milton & Earle, which was founded on the 1st of March 1995 by Deirdré Milton and Chris Earle. Both had resigned from the State Attorneys Office where they had 13½ and 20 years service as senior State Attorneys respectively. The two firms amalgamated on the 1st January 2000 and presently do business at 104 Kellner Street, Westdene, Bloemfontein. From date of the amalgamation to 1 August 2003 the firm was known as Bezuidenhouts & Milton Earle.
However from and since 1 August 2003 the firm is known only as Bezuidenhouts Incorporated.
